Culture Lab has carried out the ex-post evaluation of the MED’ACT project (Mediterranean Europe Development Action of Cities and Towns), phases 1 and 2, on behalf of the City of Bordeaux and the European Commission. This mission, in 2 phases, has been carried out between 07/2003 and 11/2006.
